We do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products for sanitation reasons.

Items must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Info@spotlightsalonsuites

Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All sales on styling tools, beauty products, and kits are final unless the item arrives damaged.
